So my dogs would not stop barking when I put this on–both they and I were slightly resistant to this next step in my initiation into dark sounds that I won’t even try to categorize at the risk of getting it wrong. Spookiness, jarring, whacked-out drones abound in the soundtrack to your worst nightmare. But you wake up, and it’s REAL, and the dogs are still barking. Be afraid–be very, very afraid.
