In Oakland, you say you are from Idaho, like Idaho Joe Windslow, a one-man weirdee singin’ like a front porch brokedick doggie, a poncha train pooch-blues, cello-ish plus tamboura drone plus analog synth, groaning strings, cheebo drum machine folkler psych-like darkly creeply meditations, ghostly ‘lil downers inspired by a story about a Pella, Iowa prisoner-retiree who sang hindu chants into the toilet. An amalgam of exotic imaginarily ancient instruments realized. It’s trippy, I can’t describe it exactly.
