Six Organs of Admittance give us another wild ride in their acid-folk SixOrgan-mobile. Side one has 6 tracks from 2min to 6min that feature guitars from the acoustic to the all fuzzed up make/model, layered on top of various percussive, tone generated and vocal backgrounds, all woven into a smooth asphalt surface. Much more melodic than noisy these tracks are just the city streets leading to the highways and byways of the second side 23min drive of droning vocals, guitar feedback and staccato drumming that is the ‘River Of Transfiguration’.
