Spiral Wave Nomads -“Ten Color Ritual” – [Tape Drift Records]
mickeyslim 10/7/2020 A Library, CD
psychedelic zen garden,
imperceptible grains of sand
slowly spiral, like heavy smoke,
to the bottom of the hourglass.
lost in the the thick,
lush aura of greens
and blues and purples,
finding my way quietly
to the exit.
Eric Hardiman (NY) on guitar and bass, Michael Kiefer (CT) on drums, with special guest guitarist Erik Rutnik. Lush psychedelic soundscapes that transport you to a different plane. Soak it up!

This Spiral Wave Nomads is some fuckin? heavy, and amazing psychedelic brain crusher. I?d like to thank and acknowledge Dangerous Dan for playing and warping my brain this morning. There is no better Sunday morning radio program on the planet than Dangerous Dan, he continuously blows me away.
To the management of KFJC, I believe your very lucky to have him. I am, Stephen Huerta, listening on the KFJC app sheltering in from Ruiz, Nayarit, Mexico. Been listening to KFJC for about 30 years now, formally from Southern California. I listen to psychedelic and progressive rock with some hard core blues thrown in for spice.
Thank you KFJC, you make me whole, I?d be lost without you here in Mexico.
PSYCH RULES!!!

Some excellent psych shit, thanks KFJC, your my life line. I live in the tropics of Mexico, if it wasn?t for KFJC
I?d be lost. Keep playing the psych, it?s what gets me through this Covid zombie movie. A shout out to Dangerous Dan, he played Spiral Wave Nomads for me the first time. When I lived in CA, I only listened to KFJC. I remember looking for college radio while working in the Silicon Valley and finding KFJC, best thing that?s ever happened to me. Stay safe, your friend, Stephen Huerta, Nayarit, Mexico.
