Adam Rudolph and Hamid Drake give a rhythmic base with great percussion for a big range of sounds, lots of moods, ethnic instruments give nods to all kinds of ???world??? music. Complex, very original.

Naqqara: drum with a rounded clay back and a hide head
Tarija: Moroccan goblet drum
Caxixi: closed basket filled with seeds, played by striking.
Oud: Middle-Eastern lute
Cajon: box drum
Bendir: frame drum with buzzing quality.
Shakuhachi: Japanese end-blown flute.
Sintir: Moroccan guitar-like, made of log, camel skin, etc.
