Esmerine – “Lost Voices” – [Canada Council For The Arts]

Esmerine is a “chamber rock” ensemble from Montreal. Some of these tracks definitely rock, but others are thoughtful and somber. This would make a good soundtrack and would work as musical background to something like Cirque du Soleil. Well played on strings, percussion, piano, etc. Hard to classify, therefore interesting.
