Big Breakfast – “Why Do You Touch Things That.. ” – [Shrimper]
Sassiness-on-a-stick pop out of the Inland
Empire. Smart-ass lyrics and big-ass hooks add
up for some brain-crackin’ mock ‘n’ roll. I
almost think this was written w/ the TV on, as
Ricki Lake, Cornholio, Little House on the
Prairie and the phrase “now you’re working
you’re working your quads…all right!” pop
up in various songs. Boy meets girl vox (like
High School Yearbook Editors mocking the Pep
Squad) over jangle-quirk guitars, happy drums
and some simple synth. Cut first period, so
you don’t skip your Big Breakfast.
This is about my ALBUM (CD)
“Louise Huebner’s Seduction Through Witchraft” and the REVIEW on this site.
It’s an important Correction:
A Sexual one. A BIG MIX UP.
The MUSIC on my CD is credited as having been written by me and my husband:
You said my husband was BEBE BARRON.
WRONG!
BEBE BARRON is a woman. A composer yes. But a woman.
HER husband was LOUIS BARRON.
Not LOUISE HUEBNER.
And I don’t write music. I write books and poetry…but not music.
I wrote the words on my album. The 12 cuts.
Coincidentally, my husband, MENTOR HUEBNER (a movie designer) designed all of the film
“FORBIDDEN PLANET” including Robbie the Robot.
The BARRONS happened to write the music for that film too. Many years before my album.
We didn’t use the Forbidden Planet music. Mine was written expecially for my ALBUM.
