Contemporary improvised music from four innovative composer/players – piano, two double basses, and percussion.

Really out there stuff, but a delightful listen. Why? Perhaps it is the momentum, interlocking rhythms, positive energy. Maybe it is the players’ fine technique and understanding of orchestration.

This made me smile.
