With a name like Far-Out Fangtooth, how can you go wrong? This debut from the Philadelphia garage rock quartet hits lots of sweet spots for lovers of solid percussion and guitar, hazy vocals, and a unique but familiar sound. Side A is nicely bookended by Pt. I and Pt. II, instros reminiscent of gamelan. B2 and B4 are great, but then pretty much all of it is.
