Amped up, blitzed and fritzed out, feedback attack four song ep.
Palette “cleansed” on side A between tracks by a Mel Brooks Blazing
Saddles movie quote about “rape, murder, arson and rape” meanwhile
side B starts with an except from Gangland about pulling a knife out
of one’s rectum. That leads into “Prison Wallet”. Super screechy
work, short fuse for short tracks. “Human Scrap” has a nice little
power chord build-up in the middle. “Bubblegum Faggot” let’s the
drums take over, there’s still feedback whinnying, but the your
head is thrust into the heart of the bass drum. Pound pound
pound. I tried to decipher the lyrics, and just wound up with
lye in my ear. Happy though for the blistering energy. They cover
Negative FX’s “Modern Problems” and it gets properly Butcherified.
Their carving knives are definitely electric. Operating out of
Oakland, malpractice claims refused.
Part of an interesting 7″ series. Would like to get our hands/ears on more of the other 7″ records.
