Squim is Chris Phillips, out of Portland, Oregon. A visual artist, and noise maker. In the 90s, he was heavily into the tape trading scene and ran Circle X records. This release is waves of lush outer space drones. It’s cut into tracks, but you can play the whole thing continuously for one long far out bliss. Burning statics and scratching streaks. Melodic fireballs and melting comets.
