Centipede Eest – “Metal Moon” – [New Ruins]

This is a solid taster from the Pittsburgh band. Side A starts out almost like folk with clear lyrics and evolves into a rockout complete with guitar jam. Side B is an instrumental showcase of rather tribal percussion, mellow and sounding like a version of a cousin of the steel drum. Very nice indeed.
