First check out the optical illusion on the CD itself, and then listen to the virtuosic piano of this artist. Try to imagine what it must be like to create these sounds with just one person and one piano. The compositions are Shipp???s own, except for his unique takes on some traditional songs and standards. I think my favorite is 6, but they are all capable of transporting you into that fourth dimension.
