Although self-taught, DeJoode is considered one of Holland???s most versatile players on bass. This CD has a variety of funny, freaky, sometimes groovy pieces that stretch the limits of sounds that can be produced on a bass. DeJoode is known for using gut strings (made from animal intestines) that give a warmer sound but are considered more difficult in terms of going out of tune and breaking.

Short length tracks keep these strange sounds enjoyable, never tedious. Track 5 has a catchy beat.
