Polly Moller “Diogenes”

Others describe Polly Moller as a “urban assault flutist”. Polly masterfully performs in the boundaries between art, music, poetry, and the human condition. Her 2003 CD “Diogenes” “was named after the legendary Greek Cynical philosopher who prowled the land day and night with a lit lantern, in search of an honest man.” Be prepared for punctuated poetry and percussion. Reminiscent of the beatnik generation combined with the current age, Polly generates a mental engagement that doesn’t go of you and awes you in her wielding her prose and the unimaginable sound of what a flute can do in a poet’s hands. Heading towards an “E ticket” for the spiritual path. – Space
