13 tracks of dirty rock ‘n’ roll with angry shouting vocals. On first listen, you will likely compare the sound to Motorhead (the Hitch, Reo Speeddealer), they have definately nailed down the hefty dose of rock n roll filth thing but there is also a heavier, more pissed off vibe going on. Certain elements have an intentionally dated sound (mainly some of the vocals) but the bulk of the mix is thick and nasty. The guitars add a heavy dingey texture to the distortion, the drums are crisp and natural, the vocals are fighting for space with the music and the bass can be heard pounding at all times. Track 10 (Voice of Fire) is instrumental. Language on track 5 (Listen Up!), track 7 (Fuck This Shit) and track 12 (the Whipcrack.)
