Fantasy music, as the title suggests languid
and liquid pooling together. Simple melodic
pulses surrounded by music haloes of freeform
colors. A pretty gentle side of Sun Ra’s
spacious place…more radiant nebula than an
ominous and mysterious black hole. Last cut
features prominent pining vocal, bewitching
and promising. Second track is the most
terrestial of the flock, with some gritty
electric guitar. Swaying horns throughout,
catalyzed by Ra’s electric Rhodes twinkling
and tinkling. Subdued dudes of another planet.
