Aztec Beach [coll] – [Rickshaw Records]

Aztec Beach was compiled in 2005 from a variety of live surf music recordings from Southern California. It was a fundraiser for KCR, San Diego State’s online station.DJ Clint Beachwood (who did a surf show on KCR for 10 years until 2011) can be heard announcing the bands as if it is one concert. Great live music energy and an opportunity to hear fine playing from the bands, only some of which are well known outside SoCal.
